1. Introduction
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for enrolling contractors in the Multi-Trade Pro Partner Program using the MyRheem Version 5 portal.
What is Multi-Trade Enrollment?
Multi-Trade enrollment allows a contractor to participate simultaneously in both the Heating & Cooling and Plumbing/Water Heating Pro Partner programs. By enrolling in both trades at once, contractors can consolidate their status and access benefits across both product lines.
2. Prerequisites
Before beginning the enrollment process, ensure you have the following:
- Active MyRheem Version 5 administrative access.
- The contractor's name and account details.
- Knowledge of the contractor's preferred distributor for both AC and Water Heating products.
- Authorization to approve the program costs
3. Getting Started
To begin, you must locate the specific contractor account within the system.
- Log in to MyRheem.
- Navigate to the Contractor List search report.
- In the search bar, type the contractor's name (e.g., "Johnson HVAC & Plumbing").
- Click the magnifying glass icon or press Enter.
- Locate the correct contractor in the results table and click on their Name to open the account details.
4. Enrollment Process
Follow these steps to complete the multi-trade enrollment wizard.
Once you are on the Contractor Details page:
Locate the tab menu below the contractor's address information. Click on the tab labeled Pro Partner.
If the contractor is not currently enrolled for the fiscal year, you will see a notification message.
- Click the blue button labeled View All Enrollments.
- You will be taken to the enrollment history page. Click the red Apply button at the bottom right to start the wizard.

- Click the toggle to turn it ON (it will turn green/blue).
Once toggled ON, four dropdown menus will appear. You must complete all of them:

- Select an AC Brand: Choose the brand (e.g., Rheem, Ruud).
- Select a Water Heater Distributor: Choose the Plumbing distributor.
- Select a Water Heater Brand: Choose the brand (e.g., Rheem, Ruud).
Click Continue to proceed.
Designate the primary contact person for program communications.
- Locate the Point of Contact dropdown field.
- Select the appropriate user from the list of registered users on the contractor's account.
- Click Continue.
Review the legal agreement for the program.
- Click the link Download Terms And Conditions to view the PDF.
- Once reviewed, click the toggle switch next to "I agree with above stated Terms And Conditions".
- Click Continue.
Review the billing information. For Multi-Trade, you will see billing lines for both trades.
- Verify the Distributor listed for AC.
- Verify the Distributor listed for Water Heating.
- Review the Total Cost (typically combined for both programs).
Click Continue.
The final screen summarizes all data entered.
- Verify that Programs lists both "Heating & Cooling" and "Plumbing".
- Verify the correct distributors are assigned to the correct trade.
- Click Submit to finalize the enrollment.

6. Tips & Best Practices
7. Troubleshooting
Issue: The "Apply" button is missing.
Cause: The contractor may already be enrolled for the current year, or your user account lacks the necessary permissions.
Solution: Check the "Current Year" status on the main Pro Partner tab.
Issue: Cannot select a Distributor.
Cause: The contractor may not be linked to that distributor in the "Distributors" tab of their account settings.
Solution: Navigate to the Distributors tab in the contractor details and ensure the relationship is active before attempting enrollment.
